The Business Case for Compressed Air Leak Studies

How it Works: Leak Studies 101

  1. You sign up for a compressed air leak study
  2. Our team submits rebate paperwork on your behalf, and sets up a time to perform an audit
  3. Our compressed air leak technicians scan every piece of compressed air hose/pipe in your building(s) for leaks
  4. Within two weeks of the study, we deliver a report that includes a digital copy of the leak location map and pictures of where leaks are located
  5. After the leaks are fixed at 50%, our team will submit the final rebate paperwork so a check can be sent your way!

Why is it Important?

“We've never performed a leak study that hasn't paid for itself within one year. Companies that disregard leaks are blowing money out of their compressed air lines, causing compressors to run much more than needed, and causing increased utility bills. Compressed air is critical to a company's process. If leaks are ignored, process equipment may start acting up, and hurt the quality of the product.”
